How to use a sauna properly
- remove everything that might burn your skin before you enter the sauna
- rinse yourself in lukewarm water and dry yourself
- no swimwear allowed - cover yourself with a towel or sheet
- relax in the sauna for 10-12 minutes (we recommend 5 minutes for beginners) - sit or lie comfortably, wait for your body to warm through, breathe through your nose (if burning, cover your nose and mouth with your hand or rinse with water).

- repeat the sauna routine after 15-20 minutes – three times at the most
- don't forget to fill up on liquids after the sauna to replace the water you have sweated out, salt, with natural fruit juice within 20 minutes. Alcohol – cancels out the effect of a sauna!
- leave the sauna if you begin to feel unwell (feeling faint, dizzy, heart thumping)!
